Senior Legal Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Support the Deputy General Counsel in delivering legal assistance for the development and launch of life and annuity products.

• Aid attorneys in navigating the legal considerations related to both new and existing product initiatives.

• Ensure that legal reviews, analyses, and decision-making processes are properly documented and executed.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external legal counsel to meet project deadlines.

• Assist with corporate governance responsibilities, including the upkeep of corporate records and managing regulatory filings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a paralegal or in a comparable role.

• Extensive experience in corporate and transactional work.

• Preferred experience in the life insurance, annuity, or broader financial services sector.

• A bachelor's degree is required; a paralegal certificate or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Strong skills in using entity management systems, document management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
