This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate carrier products, actuarial requirements, and source system calculations to assess readiness for implementation and identify support needs for LifePRO.

• Examine actuarial and product documentation for thoroughness, consistency, and any missing assumptions.

• Convert product and actuarial requirements into practical guidance for configuration, development, conversion, testing, and operations teams.

• Clearly document gaps, non-gaps, assumptions, and implementation decisions for both internal stakeholders and client-facing audiences.

• Assist in product configuration and verify anticipated system behavior during the implementation and testing phases.

• Investigate conversion and balancing issues to ascertain whether discrepancies arise from data, transformation logic, or configuration/calculation setup.

• Utilize SQL and scripting tools to analyze, compare, transform, and validate data between source and target systems.


⛳️ Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in life insurance, annuities, actuarial support, product administration, product implementation, or product systems.

• In-depth knowledge of Life and Annuity products; experience with LTC, Group Life, and Disability is also appreciated.

• Capability to read and assess actuarial and product specifications, identifying any missing or unclear requirements.

• Proven experience in supporting system implementations, data conversion, and reconciliation/balancing analysis.

• Proficient SQL skills, along with experience in Python, VBA, or similar tools for analysis or transformation tasks.

• Familiarity with insurance administration systems such as LifePRO, CyberLife, ALFA, Ingenium, or similar; experience with illustration systems is also relevant.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across actuarial, technical, and operational teams.
