Associate Actuary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monthly preparation of Statutory and Tax reserves for assigned life insurance and annuity business lines.

• Conduct review and analysis of Statutory and Tax reserve fluctuations.

• Prepare, review, and analyze quarterly and annual reports associated with Statutory reserves, including annual statement exhibits, Risk Based Capital (RBC) reports, and deliverables for rating agencies.

• Maintain, improve, and ensure the timely execution of valuation controls.

• Aid in the upkeep of valuation programs for new products, updated regulations, etc.

• Support the completion of the PBR Actuarial Report.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related technical discipline.

• A minimum of two years of relevant actuarial experience.

• Strong technical, analytical, organizational, computer, and teamwork skills.

• ASA Certification.
