This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Evaluate the demo-to-customer lifecycle to pinpoint friction points and seize conversion opportunities.
• Develop and execute process enhancements that minimize manual tasks and expedite cycle times.
• Manage GTM playbooks, engagement guidelines, and ensure adherence to best practices throughout the Sales tech stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Clari, JustCall, etc.).
• Facilitate Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews from beginning to end, encompassing data synthesis and executive narratives.
• Create dashboards that highlight leading indicators and support proactive decision-making.
• Convert complex, multi-source data into clear insights with actionable recommendations.
• Oversee forecasting using scenario models to assist in quarterly and annual planning.
• Conduct forecast vs. actual reviews including root-cause analysis and course-correction strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to establish data-driven targets and promote AI/ML adoption in forecasting.
• Serve as the operational link between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring smooth data flows and coordinated execution.
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance pipeline management from qualification to closing.
• Propel strategic initiatives and mentor junior team members to cultivate operational rigor.
• Experience: 4–7 years in RevOps, Business Ops, or GTM roles within SaaS/high-growth settings; consulting experience is advantageous.
• Process & Automation: Demonstrated success in process optimization that enhances revenue efficiency.
• SaaS Metrics: Comprehensive knowledge of ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, and pipeline velocity, with the capability to translate data into action.
• GTM Tech Stack: Practical expertise with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Clari, JustCall, and similar platforms.
• AI/ML Fluency: Experience in utilizing AI/ML for forecasting, analytics, and automation—from evaluation to implementation.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Strong management of stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Project Leadership: Proficient in managing multiple priorities efficiently and effectively.
• Mindset: High level of ownership, results-oriented, and thrives in uncertain environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA/Master’s is a plus.
