Senior Lead IT Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Establish and guide the vision, roadmap, and business strategy for the LIMS product.

• Spearhead initiatives for specialty laboratory solutions and facilitate the modernization of LIMS.

• Manage large-scale, complex projects that encompass various laboratory systems and integrations.

• Collaborate across functions with the PMO, business leaders, laboratory operations, IT development, and Sales teams.

• Oversee and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

• Implement change management and strategies for user adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting.

• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams on enterprise-level projects or products.

• 3 or more years of experience in defining, developing, or documenting user specifications, requirements, or operational workflows.

• 3 or more years of experience in creating strategic roadmaps.

• 3 or more years of experience influencing senior stakeholders and directing product strategy.
