This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of endpoint management for both Windows and macOS, which includes provisioning, MDM policies (Iru, Microsoft Intune, PDQ), software deployment, patching, encryption, compliance, and standards throughout the entire device lifecycle.
• Oversee core identity and SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack, managing SSO, SCIM, groups, roles, permissions, MFA, device trust, and access policies.
• Administer employee lifecycle workflows encompassing onboarding, role changes, access reviews, offboarding, and deprovisioning.
• Streamline repetitive IT workflows through automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, APIs, or workflow automation platforms.
• Act as the senior escalation point for intricate issues involving endpoints, identity, SaaS applications, networking, and security tools.
• Collaborate with the Security team on endpoint controls, least-privilege access, logging, incident response, and ensuring audit readiness across HIPAA, SOC 1, SOC 2 Type II, and HITRUST.
• Develop clear documentation, runbooks, and repeatable processes while addressing recurring issues at the system level to ensure IT scales efficiently as House Rx expands.
• Proven experience in managing corporate IT systems and spearheading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from the design phase through to implementation.
• Background in managing Windows and macOS environments within a cloud-first organization, with hands-on experience using endpoint platforms such as Iru, Microsoft Intune, PDQ, Jamf, or Mosyle.
• Experience with administering identity and SaaS platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, or Microsoft 365, demonstrating a strong understanding of SSO, SCIM, MFA, RBAC, least privilege, and identity lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation, particularly with PowerShell in Windows environments.
• Capability to independently diagnose and resolve complex issues across devices, identity management systems, SaaS applications, networks, and security tools.
• Excellent documentation skills, a solid judgment regarding security and privacy, and a commitment to creating dependable, repeatable systems.
