This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +23 more states.
• Develop and manage comprehensive multi-channel programmatic media strategies, including Display, OLV, CTV, DOOH, Audio, and Native.
• Identify third-party data segments, oversee audience lists, and curate publisher lists.
• Negotiate and execute direct and private marketplace (PMP) agreements with media partners.
• Oversee the complete campaign lifecycle, covering setup, trafficking, quality assurance, and launch within DSPs like DV360 and Amazon DSP.
• Daily monitoring of campaign pacing, ad verification, brand safety, and viewability to ensure impeccable execution.
• Implement ongoing optimization through bid adjustments, targeting refinements, and A/B testing.
• Analyze and report on attribution models to demonstrate the influence of programmatic tactics across the full marketing funnel.
• Enhance campaigns using data-driven insights and performance monitoring while highlighting essential metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence to track, assess, and report on the effectiveness of paid media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the immediate team and other departments on marketing strategies that align with client business objectives.
• Work collaboratively with AdOps, SEM, and Paid Social teams to ensure cohesive media strategies.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in programmatic advertising activation and planning.
• Practical experience with major DSPs, including DV360, Amazon DSP, and the Trade Desk is preferred.
• Ability to convey complex digital media metrics into clear and impactful campaign narratives.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of leading client calls and presenting data-driven strategies.
• Expertise in placing tracking pixels on client websites (either directly or via GTM) and building both online and offline conversion and attribution models.
