Senior Lead Creative Technologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Spearhead design initiatives across a range of intricate projects

• Serve as both a hands-on specialist and team leader in creative technology

• Promote the adoption of emerging technologies and establish prototyping standards

• Manage the complete design process from initial discovery to user testing

• Cultivate relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide mentorship to teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in roles related to creative technology, user experience, or digital innovation

• Proficiency in implementing human-centered design at a strategic level

• Capability to lead collaboration across various functions

• Demonstrated experience in innovation with a portfolio of completed projects

• Skills in rapid prototyping

• Expertise in designing human-in-the-loop patterns

• Strong abilities in technical feasibility and risk assessment

• Exceptional storytelling capabilities

• Understanding of AI and data ethics

• Knowledge of tooling standards & governance at scale

• Experience with integration at scale

• Quality validation at scale

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is advantageous
