This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as one of three employment lawyers for CrowdStrike in the EMEA region, offering additional support to other regions as required.
• Act as a strategic advisor and key contact for business leadership and the HR team on a broad array of employee relations matters, delivering commercially-focused legal solutions that align risk with swift business growth.
• Draft and examine employment agreements, separation agreements, and corporate policies.
• Provide counsel on recruitment, terminations, performance management issues, internal investigations, disciplinary matters, and global labor law compliance.
• Oversee the employment components of M&A transactions.
• Lead and manage intricate multi-jurisdictional projects.
• Handle litigation associated with employment law disputes.
• Assist the HR, Sales, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, and Equity teams with various initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Compensation team to draft, review, and modify variable compensation plans.
• Partner with the Human Resources team to facilitate training sessions.
• Keep abreast of legal developments throughout the region.
• A minimum of 10 years of legal experience, which includes considerable time at a prestigious law firm and/or a dynamic, multinational tech organization.
• In-depth knowledge of employment law in your home jurisdiction (France, Spain, or Israel) and a willingness to learn and master the law across the EMEA region and other international jurisdictions as necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to complete projects autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Capacity to assess and understand risk, providing practical risk-adjusted guidance for a fast-paced global company.
• Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, possessing a “roll up your sleeves” attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be a qualified lawyer in France, Spain, or Israel.
