This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Prepare and assess strategic legal pleadings, appeals, opinions, and intricate defenses

• Oversee judicial and administrative processes pertaining to civil litigation

• Counsel clients on issues related to commercial contracts, corporate law, and intellectual property

• Maintain oversight and management of procedural deadlines with exceptional organization and technical quality

• Evaluate legal documents and aid in the standardization of internal firm resources

• Operate independently in managing cases, ensuring technical proficiency and adherence to deliverables

• Assist in enhancing internal legal workflows and procedures

• Juris Doctor degree and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)

• Extensive experience in civil litigation and comprehensive understanding of civil procedure

• Background in corporate law, contracts, or intellectual property

• Exceptional legal writing capabilities, with a track record in drafting and evaluating complex pleadings

• Analytical, strategic, and organized mindset with a keen attention to detail
