This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Create and execute strategic sales initiatives
• Oversee key account partnerships
• Ensure customer satisfaction through a consultative approach
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to assist customers in achieving their scientific objectives
• Master's degree along with 5 years of sales experience, ideally in laboratory, scientific, or healthcare sectors
• Preferred Academic Background: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline
• Technical expertise and the capability to comprehend customer applications and workflows
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record in building and sustaining customer relationships at all levels
• Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and the MS Office suite
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Results-driven with a history of meeting sales objectives
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a matrix organization
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50-75% within the designated territory
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous
