This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee intricate sales processes until closure, including leading negotiations and ensuring accountability for revenue and outcomes.
• Strategically enhance current customer relationships while acquiring new enterprise clients.
• Assess and cultivate leads to achieve successful closures.
• Discover and implement cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Offer consulting, design solutions, and conduct product presentations and demonstrations at customer locations.
• Collaborate closely with ManageEngine product teams.
• Represent MicroNova and ManageEngine at trade shows and events.
• A university degree or equivalent vocational training focused on IT.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales of software solutions within IT management, infrastructure, or security sectors.
• A proven history of acquiring new clients and strategically developing and expanding existing enterprise accounts.
• Experience in direct collaboration with software vendors and managing complex sales and customer processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, a confident demeanor, and a solid understanding of complex customer needs.
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 30% within NRW) and possess a valid driver's license (Class B).
• Proficient in German and business-fluent in English, both written and spoken.
