This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.
• Oversee the strategy, development, and implementation of promotional initiatives for all ADVANCED HYDRATION brands across all accounts, utilizing fact-based industry selling data including IRI / Nielsen and other sector-specific analytics.
• Act as a strategic ally to both the regional Sales and Marketing teams to optimize ADVANCED HYDRATION's financial resources and capacity while adhering to the planned promotional budget.
• Lead the sales team within the designated territory, applying expertise to pinpoint opportunities and set objectives aimed at achieving targets.
• Manage P&L performance; assess, review, and report on diverse customer budgets.
• Deliver consistent pre and post-analysis of account performance by leveraging syndicated data and bottler sales reports as part of an ongoing improvement process for assigned accounts.
• Stay informed about competitive and relevant information regarding each account and provide regular feedback to the manager and VP of Customer Sales.
• Timely and accurately communicate all trade plans to bottler and ADVANCED HYDRATION sales and marketing teams.
• Present customer outcomes at various Bottler meetings to Senior Bottler Leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal departments to address customer challenges by offering insights and expertise to enhance the ALL brand with assigned customers.
• Foster strong relationships with internal partners and all field operations to facilitate prompt discussions regarding key issues and opportunities.
• Regularly present customer updates and plans to the Value Channel management team in a timely manner.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience calling on Retail Accounts in the CPG Industry is essential.
• Must reside in the eastern states of the US (customer locations include PA, NY, VA).
• Experience with Syndicated Data is required.
• Strong analytical capabilities are essential.
• Proficient computer skills are necessary, with expertise in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required.
• Proven leadership skills and a successful track record in Business Development are essential.
• A reliable, diligent, and proactive team player with a positive attitude is required.
• A creative thinker capable of working independently is necessary.
• Excellent Team Management and Development Skills are essential.
• This role requires significant travel (50-75%) by car and plane, including local and neighboring geographic regions.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be capable of driving long distances.
• Motor Vehicle Records must comply with Company standards according to the Driving Policy.

• Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15.
