• As a (Senior) Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you will be tasked with the strategic management and growth of both SME and large corporate clients.
• Your main goal is to establish enduring partnerships with our clients while driving their revenue growth.
• You will assist and coordinate tenders alongside our Tender & Implementation Team.
• You will analyze market and competitive trends to identify new business opportunities.
• You will serve as the liaison to our SIXT regional and country subsidiaries, negotiating comprehensive individual framework agreements.
• You will be responsible for achieving sales KPIs, meeting your appointment targets, maintaining the CRM tool, identifying new business opportunities, uncovering optimization potential, and formulating and implementing action recommendations.
• You will independently organize your week, balancing on-site customer visits with the necessary preparation and follow-up work in the office.
• You will be accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction and for executing SIXT’s corporate and sales strategy.
• You have completed commercial vocational training with further qualifications or hold a degree in business/economics (university/FH/advanced technical college).
• You can showcase a proven track record in account management or business development in a national or international context.
• You are adept at engaging with significant industry players and key decision-makers.
• You blend strategic thought with a practical approach and work in a methodical manner.
• You are open to traveling in your region 3–4 days a week to meet clients in person.
• You possess strong knowledge of sales tools (preferably Salesforce) and are skilled in MS Office applications.
• You are fluent in both German and English.
