
Senior Key Account Manager β Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will take full responsibility for EDEKA as a key account, along with additional regional customers, overseeing revenue and profitability, and independently conducting price, conditions, and annual discussions.
β’ You will strategically develop your customers at both central and regional levels, ensuring the successful implementation of the KoRo growth and assortment strategy.
β’ You will analyze market, sales, and customer data, deriving clear actions for revenue and potential development.
β’ You will continuously plan and manage demand quantities to ensure high product availability.
β’ You will collaborate closely with the sales back office, field force, and other internal interfaces, actively contributing ideas for the advancement of our processes.
β’ You possess a completed degree in business administration or a comparable commercial training.
β’ You have at least 4 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG sector, ideally with national customer responsibility.
β’ You are confident in price and annual negotiations, familiar with the structures and decision-making processes in retail, and capable of successfully developing long-term customer relationships.
β’ You work data-driven and have experience with market analysis tools such as Nielsen IQ, GfK, or similar tools for analyzing trade/household panel data.
β’ You demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills, think strategically and analytically, and possess a pronounced hands-on mentality.
β’ You are fluent in both German and English.
