This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic management and expansion of medium-sized and large customers
• Establishing long-term partnerships with our clients and fostering their revenue growth
• Assisting and coordinating tenders in collaboration with our Tender & Implementation Team
• Analyzing market and competitive trends to derive new business opportunities
• Acting as the interface to our SIXT regional and country companies and negotiating comprehensive individualized framework agreements
• Responsible for achieving sales KPIs, meeting deadlines, maintaining the CRM tool, and identifying new business prospects
• Structuring your week independently while balancing on-site customer visits with preparation and follow-up work in the office
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and the implementation of the SIXT corporate and sales strategy
• Commercial training with additional qualifications or a degree in business administration (University/University of Applied Sciences/Higher vocational school)
• Proven successes in Account Management or Business Development in a national or international context
• Industry knowledge
• Comfortable traveling 3-4 days a week within your region to visit clients in person
• Excellent knowledge of sales tools (preferably Salesforce)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in both German and English
