This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Selling IT management solutions and consulting services within the enterprise sector.
• Tasked with identifying, qualifying, and further nurturing leads in the enterprise segment, while strategically enhancing existing customer relationships and key accounts.
• Engaging in cross-selling and up-selling to enhance the customer landscape and capitalize on additional revenue opportunities.
• Providing consulting services, conceptual development, and delivering product presentations and demonstrations at customer locations.
• Overseeing customer projects through to completion, which includes negotiating, taking responsibility for outcomes, and revenue generation.
• Collaborating closely with consulting, support, marketing, and channel management, as well as representing MicroNova and the ManageEngine brand at trade fairs, events, and webinars.
• A completed degree in business administration or a related IT field, or equivalent vocational training.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales of software solutions in the IT management or security domain.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and strategically expanding and developing existing enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with direct engagement with software vendors and managing complex sales and customer processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, a confident presence, and a strong understanding of complex customer requirements and use cases.
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 30% within Baden-Württemberg/Bavaria) and possess a class B driving license.
• Proficient in German and business-fluent in English, both written and spoken.
