Senior Key Account Manager – Off-Road

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a seasoned Senior Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for the Off-Road sector to enhance our sales team, with an immediate start date.

• In this position, you will take on a comprehensive role for our strategically significant customers, focusing on building sustainable relationships, successfully implementing projects, and collaborating with the LUIS team to deliver optimal solutions.

• Your primary responsibility will involve acquiring and managing mid-sized to large OEM customers, particularly those involved in manufacturing mobile work machines within the off-road industry.

• You will be tasked with the development, maintenance, and strategic advancement of both new and existing customer relationships.

• Regular site visits to customers will be essential for conducting needs analyses, providing consultations, and supporting project initiatives.

• You will oversee the introduction of new products in coordination with customers, managing projects and development processes.

• Monitoring the market and competitors, along with identifying new opportunities, will also be part of your responsibilities.

• You will present product solutions, innovations, and concepts at trade shows, customer events, or to internal committees.

• Preparing customer-specific proposals in close collaboration with inside sales, technical sales (Customer Solutions & Innovation), and management will be crucial.

• Active participation in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and follow-up on offers will be expected.

• You will work closely with internal teams from inside sales, technical sales (Customer Solutions & Innovation), and export to ensure seamless processes.

• Acting as the point of contact for technical inquiries, you will serve as an interface between customers and product development.

• Maintaining customer information in the CRM system and providing regular reports to the head of sales will be essential.


⛳️ Requirements

• A technical background or degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer vision, or industrial engineering is preferred.

• Several years of experience in account management for technical products and AI software is required.

• A passion for the domains of computer vision, neural networks, and artificial intelligence is essential.

• Familiarity with our segment, including camera-monitor systems, driver assistance systems, and artificial intelligence, is expected.

• Experience in project management is desirable.

• Willingness to travel internationally is necessary.

• Proficiency in German and English is required, while additional languages, such as Spanish, are advantageous.
