
Senior Key Account Manager – Marktplatz

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Overall strategic responsibility for a portfolio of top key accounts with revenue and growth accountability
• Identification and exploration of new business opportunities as well as the development of partnerships
• Data-driven analysis of performance including forecasting and action planning
• Active involvement in shaping and optimizing marketplace processes, structures, and standards
• Continuous market, competitive, and trend analysis to derive growth initiatives
• Mentoring and development of junior and key account managers
• Several years of experience in key account management, ideally within a marketplace or platform environment
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and proficient in KPI-driven models
• High affinity for data (especially Excel) and a passion for making performance transparent and optimizing it
• Excellent command of German and English, along with enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders
