This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Overall strategic responsibility for managing a portfolio of key accounts.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Conducting data-driven analysis of performance, which includes forecasting and action planning.
• Actively participating in the shaping and optimization of marketplace processes, structures, and standards.
• Performing continuous market, competitor, and trend analysis to generate growth initiatives.
• Mentoring and developing junior account managers and key account managers.
• Several years of experience in key account management, preferably within a marketplace or platform setting.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a confident approach to KPI-driven models.
• High affinity for data, particularly with Excel, and a strong passion for optimizing performance.
• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
• A collaborative spirit, enjoying interaction with diverse stakeholders.
