This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Strategic account management: Assist in the support and growth of existing key accounts while fostering long-term partnerships.
• Portfolio development: Recognize revenue opportunities within current customer relationships and sustainably enhance the customer portfolio.
• Project acquisition: Discover new project prospects with existing clients and guide them to successful completion.
• Quotation calculation and preparation: Develop and prepare technically and commercially viable proposals.
• Customer consulting: Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding technical and commercial inquiries.
• Interface management: Synchronize customer requirements with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Quality departments.
• Complaint handling: Assist in addressing complaints in collaboration with internal specialized teams.
• Forecast planning: Engage actively in revenue planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Market analysis: Evaluate market trends, identify significant movements, and conduct regular customer visits in the DACH region.
• Technical education: Completed training in mechanical engineering, metal technology, mechatronics, nanotechnology, or a similar qualification.
• Work experience: Several years of experience in technical sales or key account management.
• Technical understanding: Ability to understand and evaluate complex customer needs and translate them into suitable solution strategies.
• Costing skills: Proficiency in quote calculation and experience in project-oriented B2B environments.
• Industry knowledge: Ideally, experience in semiconductors, coatings, medical technology, or precision manufacturing.
• Language skills: Business-fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel: Ready to attend regular customer meetings in the DACH region, moderate travel required.
