This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Enhance sales within the DACH region by promoting Jamf’s Whole Product Experience and expanding Jamf’s Apple Enterprise Management presence in the DACH enterprise market.
• Retain and expand both new and existing customers to facilitate recurring revenue growth.
• Lead thought leadership initiatives and adoption strategies within enterprise accounts.
• Develop and guide business validation cases to accelerate adoption.
• Collaborate with partner and channel ecosystems to foster and fulfill new business opportunities.
• Strengthen customer relationships and elevate Jamf to a more strategic position within key accounts.
• Drive sales of Jamf’s product portfolio within designated DACH accounts.
• Define and implement long-term pipeline-building strategies while closing in-quarter opportunities.
• Evaluate assigned accounts’ adoption, growth strategies, and business plans.
• Recommend short- and long-term solutions to meet customer and client objectives.
• Manage complex enterprise sales campaigns and diverse internal and external stakeholders, partners, and Apple team members.
• Establish relationships with C-level executives within target accounts.
• Structure and negotiate sales and legal agreements.
• Collaborate with Apple and channel partners to create new opportunities.
• Utilize internal and competitive data to benchmark sales performance and assess strategic implications.
• Oversee legal processes and contract documentation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to others within the DACH sales organization.
• Uphold the organization’s values, mission, purpose, and ethical, legal, respectful, innovative, and inclusive workplace standards.
• Over 8 years of sales experience in the IT, software, or SaaS technology sectors with a proven record of meeting quotas.
• More than 5 years of experience selling to large corporate, enterprise, and/or FTSE accounts with demonstrated success.
• Proficient in business-level English and German.
• Experience in endpoint technology IT and familiarity with the Apple platform (preferred).
• Capability to accurately forecast business on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar client management software.
• Ability to effectively engage with business and IT contacts within large, complex organizations.
• Experience selling through both direct and indirect sales models.
• Strong network of business partners.
• Technical knowledge of Apple and/or modern workplace environments.
• Proven track record in social media selling.
• Experience coordinating multifunctional internal teams to achieve and exceed target quotas.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with team members.
• Willingness and capacity to travel 30% nationally and internationally.
• Mandatory participation in ongoing security training.
• Compliance with established security protocols and responsible handling of sensitive data.
• Understanding of relevant privacy regulations and reporting breaches.
• Acknowledgment of the Jamf Code of Conduct and applicable security and privacy policies.
• Must reside in Germany or have sponsorship to live and work in Germany.
