This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Overseeing the regional strategy for the DACH area.
• Serving as the primary liaison for key retailers in the DACH region.
• Identifying new growth opportunities within existing retail partners to maximize potential and drive top-line revenue.
• Managing the profit and loss for each retailer (and the overall region), balancing investment with opportunities to ensure regional profitability.
• Supervising a Junior Key Account Manager, providing continuous coaching, feedback, and support for their professional growth.
• Establishing and achieving an annual sales target by leveraging product innovation, growth opportunities, and retail trends to formulate your sales strategy.
• Accountable for annual (and ongoing) SKU-level forecasting.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, ideally within the FMCG sector (experience with DM and Rossmann is essential).
• Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a strategic approach.
• Proficient in the Google Suite.
• Excellent presentation capabilities.
• A business-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for networking.
• Experience in managing or mentoring team members, with a natural talent for inspiring, developing, and maximizing team performance.
