This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate enduring client relationships in the Finance and HR sectors.
• Manage your own portfolio and create customized solutions for deploying specialists.
• Generate new interim projects and accurately staff them with freelance specialists.
• Develop innovative strategies for client acquisition and retention and implement them independently.
• Recognize trends and opportunities to enhance sales performance.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the B2B services sector, preferably in personnel services or staffing.
• A strong passion for sales: you thrive on selling and have a keen interest in Finance and HR topics.
• You enjoy engaging with people—consider cold calling as an opportunity rather than a challenge.
• Demonstrated empathy, robust negotiation abilities, and a strong focus on results.
• Proficient in German (C1) and competent in English (B2).
