• Lead the strategizing, development, and implementation of ADVANCED HYDRATION promotional initiatives across all accounts, utilizing fact-based industry sales data such as IRI/Nielsen and other relevant metrics.
• Serve as a strategic partner to both the regional Sales and Marketing teams, aiming to optimize ADVANCED HYDRATION's financial investments and capacity while adhering to the designated promotional budget.
• Oversee P&L performance; calculate, assess, and report on various customer budgets.
• Conduct consistent pre- and post-analysis of account performance by leveraging syndicated data and bottler sales reports as part of an ongoing improvement process.
• Stay informed about all competitive and pertinent information, providing regular feedback to the manager, VP of Customer Sales, and other company leaders as appropriate.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships throughout the Bottler System.
• Communicate all trade plans to bottler and BODYARMOR sales and marketing teams in a timely and accurate manner.
• Present customer strategies and outcomes at various system meetings to Senior Bottler Leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal departments to address customer issues, offering insights and expertise to promote growth for all brands with assigned clients.
• Establish strong relationships with internal partners and all field operating units to facilitate timely discussions regarding key issues and opportunities.
• Regularly update the management team on customer progress and plans in a timely manner.
• Lead all essential sales and cross-functional routines to ensure the execution and achievement of all customer and company objectives.
• Identify performance gaps and formulate action plans to address these gaps.
• Take ownership of customer input and ensure alignment on all commercial, marketing, and innovation strategies, including tactics and key execution requirements.
• Manage and continuously enhance customer forecast accuracy by analyzing demand trends, aligning with customer inputs, and ensuring data integrity across supply planning systems; proactively monitor customer purchase orders in collaboration with Customer Service when necessary.
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience is required.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience working with Retail Accounts in the CPG Industry is mandatory.
• Candidates must reside in the TX, NY, IL, or GA areas.
• Experience with syndicated data is essential.
• Strong analytical skills are required.
• Proficient computer skills are necessary, including expertise in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities are a must.
• Proven leadership skills and a successful track record in Business Development are required.
• A reliable, hard-working, and proactive team player with a positive attitude is essential.
• A creative thinker capable of independent work is preferred.
• Strong Team Management and Development skills are required.
• Willingness to travel 50% by car and plane, including local and neighboring geographic areas; must hold and maintain a valid driver's license and be capable of long-distance driving.
