This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of ADVANCED HYDRATION promotional strategies across all accounts, utilizing fact-based industry selling data such as IRI / Nielsen and other relevant industry-specific information.
• Act as a strategic collaborator with both regional Sales and Marketing teams to optimize ADVANCED HYDRATION's financial investment and capacity, while adhering to the designated promotional budget.
• Manage P&L performance; calculate, assess, and report on various customer budgets.
• Deliver consistent pre- and post-analysis of account performance by leveraging syndicated data and bottler sales reports to foster ongoing improvements.
• Stay updated on competitive and pertinent information, providing regular feedback to the manager, VP of Customer Sales, and other relevant company leaders as needed.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships throughout the Bottler System.
• Communicate all trade plans to bottler and BODYARMOR sales and marketing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Present customer plans and results at various system meetings to Senior Bottler Leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal departments to address customer challenges by offering insight and expertise to expand all brands with assigned clients.
• Establish strong relationships with internal partners and all field operating units to facilitate timely discussions regarding key issues and opportunities.
• Regularly update and present customer plans to the management team in a timely manner.
• Lead all key sales and cross-functional routines to ensure the execution and achievement of all customer and company objectives.
• Identify performance gaps and formulate action plans to resolve these issues.
• Take ownership of customer input and ensure alignment on all commercial, marketing, and innovation plans, encompassing strategy, tactics, and essential execution requirements.
• Manage and enhance customer forecast accuracy by analyzing demand trends, aligning with customer feedback, and ensuring data integrity across supply planning systems; proactively monitor customer purchase orders in collaboration with Customer Service when necessary.
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience is required.
• A minimum of 6 years' experience in calling on Retail Accounts within the CPG Industry is required.
• Residence in the TX, NY, IL, or GA areas is required.
• Experience with Syndicated Data is required.
• Strong analytical skills are essential.
• Proficient computer skills are a must, including expertise in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities are required.
• Proven leadership skills and a strong track record in Business Development.
• A reliable, hard-working, and proactive team player with a positive attitude.
• A creative thinker capable of working independently.
• Excellent team management and development skills.
• Willingness to travel 50% by car and plane, covering both local and neighboring geographic areas.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to drive long distances.
• Motor Vehicle Records must meet Company standards as per the Driving Policy.
