This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will independently cultivate a robust B2B customer portfolio while enhancing existing partnerships within the Out-of-Home sector, ranging from initial discussions to enduring collaborations.
• You will identify new sales opportunities, spanning from local wholesalers to national entities, and proactively introduce ahead into novel channels and touchpoints.
• You will confidently negotiate terms, framework agreements, and listings, demonstrating an understanding of how sustainable B2B partnerships operate.
• You will refine our B2B strategy, establish clear priorities, and actively partake in the growth and structuring of our Out-of-Home business.
• You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to effectively implement promotions, launches, and activations.
• You will analyze trends, competitors, and opportunities in the Out-of-Home market to formulate concrete growth initiatives.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG, foodservice, or Out-of-Home sectors.
• Strong comprehension of Out-of-Home structures, such as kiosks, petrol stations, canteens, hotels, and vending.
• Proficient negotiation skills and a proven track record in establishing long-term customer relationships.
• Solid analytical skills with an understanding of revenue, margins, and growth potential.
• Capability to plan strategically while executing operational tasks effectively.
• High initiative, proactivity, and a strong sense of ownership.
• A structured working style with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Fluent proficiency in the German language.
