This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Acquire strategic clients mainly in international markets (EU and beyond), with an emphasis on defense sector companies, while also targeting large industrial firms and various government entities.
• Initiate, qualify, and finalize complex, multi-stakeholder deals, closely coordinating with Pre-sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
• Navigate extended procurement processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP), fostering technical and commercial agreement while safeguarding margins.
• Conduct consultative sales of IS-Wireless technology and products.
• Consistently surpass quotas while ensuring high forecast accuracy and disciplined pipeline management.
• Educate clients and establish long-term business relationships.
• Collaborate on product development driven by market insights.
• Represent IS-Wireless at significant industry events, enhancing executive visibility within the 5G/Open RAN ecosystem.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B technology sales (e.g., IT, cloud, SaaS, deep tech).
• Demonstrated success in selling complex, technical solutions (e.g., RAN, core, private 5G, cloud-native infrastructure) to senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) and disciplined CRM usage.
• Experience in working with international clients.
• Proficient in English (for presentations and negotiations).
• Capability to effectively source leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Experience in managing lengthy and complex sales processes (6–18 months).
• Competence in preparing business cases and ROI analyses.
