This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of (Senior) Key Account Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for our corporate customer portfolio at FINN, which consists of a fleet size of 10–199 vehicles, following the signing of an initial contract by our Sales team.
• Your impact on our corporate customers' satisfaction will be significant, as evidenced by renewals of expiring subscriptions and additional vehicle orders from clients.
• Facilitating this organic growth is a crucial component of our B2B strategy.
• You have successfully earned a (bachelor's) degree or possess an equivalent qualification.
• You bring experience in client servicing, consulting, or sales/key account management, preferably within the mid-market segment.
• You are an excellent communicator, able to persuade at all levels, and excel in building trusting relationships with clients.
• You think entrepreneurially, collaborating with clients to develop customized solutions and identifying business opportunities early on.
• You are organized and systematic, with a focus on improvements — you question existing processes and enhance workflow efficiency.
• You are results-driven, skilled in negotiation, and take pride in your responsibilities.
• You are adept with CRM systems and leverage data strategically to manage your accounts.
• You are fluent in German and possess a good command of English.
