This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will manage our Markant partners comprehensively — from building relationships and conducting annual reviews to negotiating terms and listings with decision-makers.
• You will create and execute growth strategies for your designated customer group and explore new opportunities within the Markant network.
• You will adeptly lead negotiations regarding pricing, terms, and framework agreements, while ensuring compliance with central regulatory systems.
• You will assess market trends, competitors, and product assortments in the FMCG sector and formulate actionable strategies for your accounts.
• You will collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Category Management to guarantee effective execution in retail.
• Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG/brand sector.
• Strong understanding of Markant's structures, processes, and central regulatory systems.
• Confident negotiator at the decision-maker level with a background in terms and annual review negotiations.
• Solid analytical skills regarding sales drivers, profit margins, and sales KPIs.
• Strategic mindset coupled with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High reliability, a strong sense of accountability, and results-oriented focus.
• Proficiency in German is required.
