This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and design jury research projects independently.
• Create test agendas and research tools.
• Conduct focus groups and mock trials.
• Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data.
• Generate detailed client reports in partnership with the research team.
• Prepare witnesses for trial readiness.
• Work with clients to formulate voir dire strategies and questions.
• Oversee the jury selection process.
• Observe trials and offer real-time feedback to attorneys regarding the clarity, credibility, and persuasiveness of evidence and witness testimonies.
• Contribute to client service, financial performance, thought leadership, business development, and the growth of the consulting team.
• Report directly to the Chair of the Jury Consulting Advisory Steering Committee.
• Expertise in all facets of litigation consulting services, including strategy and theme development, jury research projects like mock trials and focus groups, witness preparation for depositions and trials, onsite jury selection/in-court support, designing, coding and grading juror questionnaires, and drafting voir dire.
• Proficiency in consultant competencies such as project management, business development, case management, budget management, and personnel development.
• Effective communication skills with multiple clients and the ability to manage the development and delivery of work products.
• Strong grasp of social science research methods, including qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• In-depth understanding of the project delivery process and the interaction between disciplines within a case team.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
• Capability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to perform under pressure and handle shifting deadlines.
• Proficient in presenting ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a tolerance for uncertainty and adaptability to changing workloads.
• A minimum of a master's degree in social or behavioral sciences or communication.
• At least 5 years of experience in jury consulting.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% of the time.
