This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +2 more countries.
• Design and develop services and APIs that connect the Synthetic Data platform to Cint's marketplace.
• Create integrations with external survey hosting platforms.
• Incorporate questionnaires and response data into the Synthetic Data platform.
• Develop pipelines that standardize various questionnaire and response formats.
• Ensure data quality, along with consent and privacy compliance.
• Manage throughput, latency, cost, monitoring, and reliability of integration and ingestion processes in production.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers who are responsible for training pipelines and inference services.
• Utilize Claude Code and agentic programming tools as necessary.
• Support the development of Survey Augmentation, Audience Profiling, and Agentic Insights products.
• 3+ years of practical backend software development experience, preferably using Java.
• Strong background in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Demonstrated experience as a Software Developer in prior roles.
• Experience in building and managing production services, APIs, and data pipelines at scale.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Comfortable in presenting findings and influencing outcomes.
• Nice to have: knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Spring, Kafka/Kinesis.
• Nice to have: exposure to AI/ML development, model libraries such as XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, or similar, as well as LLMs.
• Knowledge of Databricks is advantageous.
• Strong interest in AI/ML models and LLMs.
• Ability to work in Prague, Spain, or the UK, depending on the specified entity locations.
