📋 Description

• Serve as a Java specialist on a project aimed at enhancing the capabilities and performance of an essential application for our large multinational client.

• Refactor existing code and modernize the infrastructure and technology stack.

• Play a crucial role in improving a vital financial application, which includes extension, refactoring, and updates to the tech stack.

• Develop a robust and well-implemented system with comprehensive test coverage.

• Collaborate closely with other team members (senior Java Developers, DevOps, and QA) to create a high-performing yet easily maintainable application and technology stack.

• Proven experience in enterprise software development.

• Strong communication skills.

• A passion for writing high-quality and sustainable code with adequate test coverage.

• Highly experienced Java developer.

• Extensive knowledge of tech stack updates and critical refactoring.

• Proficient in Spring Boot and Hibernate.

• Experience with database persistence (PostgreSQL).

• Understanding of database modeling (ERM).

• Familiarity with Git and continuous integration/continuous delivery processes.

• Eager to learn and explore new technologies.

• Customer-focused mindset.

• Familiar with Agile methodologies.

• Excellent communicator in English.
