Senior Java Developer, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create, manage, and test APIs.

• Establish and sustain microservices architectures.

• Utilize the Spring Boot framework and AWS cloud services.

• Implement AI tools where relevant.

• Engage in projects and collaborate within teams that adopt agile methodologies.

• Work alongside the team to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level expert with a background in Java and AWS.

• High-level expertise in Java and Spring Boot.

• Experience in microservices, distributed systems, and REST API development.

• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker.

• Familiarity with AWS services: EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS/Kafka, SQS, EventBridge, and EKS.

• Knowledge of databases including RDS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, and ArgoCD.

• Skills in observability tools like Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, Instana, Dynatrace, or OpenTelemetry.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating on projects and within teams that employ agile practices.

• Familiarity with StackSpot (desirable).

• Experience using AI tools (desirable).

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified Developer certifications (preferable).
