This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Manage and enhance core Microsoft cloud services, which include Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and associated security capabilities.
• Supervise identity and access administration, covering user lifecycle processes, dynamic groups, RBAC, conditional access, MFA, privileged access workflows, and device compliance policies.
• Aid in the management and improvement of endpoint management for Windows and macOS devices via Intune, encompassing enrollment, configuration, compliance, patching, application deployment, and security baselines.
• Uphold and optimize Azure networking and VPN connectivity to facilitate secure access across both office and remote environments.
• Contribute to the administration and ongoing enhancement of security and compliance tools, including Defender, Purview, Sentinel, and related monitoring processes.
• Address L2 and L3 escalated tickets across IT and closely associated business support areas, assisting in the resolution of complex issues in a dependable and timely manner.
• Serve as a primary or backup support point during incident response operations, including escalation management, triage, containment support, and post-incident follow-up.
• Assist in audit and compliance activities by managing controls, maintaining documentation, and providing evidence for programs such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Develop and sustain runbooks, technical documentation, and repeatable operational processes that enhance service quality and minimize manual effort.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using tools like PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Logic Apps, or similar technologies.
• Provide technical support for the Leuven office while also assisting employees in other locations as necessary.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure continuity and reliability of essential internal IT services.
• Strong practical experience in managing Microsoft cloud environments, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, covering conditional access, MFA, role-based permissions, and lifecycle administration.
• Experience in supporting Windows and macOS devices in a business setting using modern device management solutions.
• Solid understanding of Azure networking, VPN connectivity, and secure access principles.
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex IT issues and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Seek opportunities to enhance operational processes through scripting, automation, or workflow optimization.
• Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment with a strong emphasis on security, reliability, and employee experience.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft security and compliance tools like Defender, Purview, or Sentinel. Familiarity with Azure DevOps administration or support for engineering-focused environments. Exposure to compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2. Microsoft certifications or similar relevant technical certifications.
