This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Manage and maintain all environments to comply with service level agreements.
• Conduct proactive monitoring and upkeep of Linux and/or Windows system environments.
• Offer prompt technical support and document configurations to facilitate processes.
• Collaborate with other functional teams to ensure optimal application environment operations and uptime.
• Assist with change control and testing procedures for modifications to application systems.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with third-party vendors.
• Evaluate system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements.
• Investigate and propose innovative, and where feasible, automated solutions for system administration tasks.
• Identify strategies that maximize our resources and deliver economies of scale.
• Ensure swift, efficient, and effective resolution of issues with proactive communication to all stakeholders.
• Suggest, plan, and execute improvements, patches, and reconfigurations.
• Create, document, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for system administration and proper usage.
• Offer backup administrative support to fellow team members.
• Provide support outside of regular hours.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• An associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Practical experience in troubleshooting enterprise applications and hardware.
• Experience in documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
• Technical knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems, including Windows, Unix, and RedHat Linux.
• Familiarity with Linux Shell Scripting, Windows PowerShell Scripting, Oracle, and Microsoft database concepts.
• Understanding of Release Automation processes.
• Awareness of relevant data privacy practices and regulations, including SSAE16, HIPAA, and URAC.

• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.
