Level 2 NOC Systems Administrator – Windows Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manages Windows development, testing, and production servers, including tasks such as reloading, re-imaging, applying patches, configuring GPO, and hardening the operating system.

• Identifies and resolves intricate issues related to Windows OS, Active Directory, and server connectivity.

• Conducts daily monitoring of Windows systems, services, and performance, initiating proactive remediation as necessary.

• Installs, removes, and upgrades software packages and agents based on the Windows platform.

• Takes ownership of Level 2 Windows-related tickets until resolution, including conducting root cause analysis.

• Delivers system evaluation reports and contributes insights to operational recommendations for Windows environments.

• Updates system documentation, ensures compliance with licensing, and maintains precise configuration data for Windows assets.

• Develops runbooks and how-to guides; provides training to Level 1 analysts on Windows procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 2–4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong background in Windows troubleshooting and server administration.

• Capacity to support 24×7 operations along with rotating shifts.

• U.S. Citizenship and residency in the United States are required.

• Possession of Linux credentials is a plus if applicable.

• This position may necessitate access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
