This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of daily hands-on IT support, which includes ticket management, technical troubleshooting, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze complex or unfamiliar issues, identify their root causes, and ascertain the best course of action.
• Collaborate with the IT team to align priorities, share insights, and uphold consistent support practices.
• Set up and maintain networks, Google Workspace, device-management platforms, and other cloud-based systems across both Mac and Windows environments.
• Enhance onboarding, offboarding, security, and access-management processes.
• Oversee hardware procurement, inventory management, shipping, receiving, repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors to guarantee reliable service and strong business value.
• Detect recurring issues and process deficiencies, propose enhancements, and lead projects to completion.
• Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Minimum of 4 years of IT experience with a focus on end-user support, security, networks, remote environments, and access management.
• Experience in a SaaS-focused setting utilizing Office 365 or Google Workspace, Slack, MDMs, and other cloud-management tools to support over 100 team members.
• Proficient in providing support for both Mac and Windows end-user environments.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and critical thinking.
• Capable of investigating unfamiliar issues, identifying root causes, and determining effective solutions.
• Strategic thinker who can anticipate challenges and recommend enhancements.
• Proven ownership and sound judgment in decision-making.
• Ability to assess risks, make decisions, and recognize when escalation is necessary.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities and adapt swiftly.
• Agile professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and continuously adjusts strategies to meet business demands.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States upon hire in an employer-approved US state and maintain authorization throughout employment.
