Senior IT Specialist – Demand and Supply Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and provide support for global supply chain planning applications throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Work alongside business teams to pinpoint opportunities, address issues, and convert requirements into scalable solutions.

• Configure and enhance Kinaxis Maestro to boost planning efficiency and enhance business performance.

• Oversee testing, validation, change management, and system enhancement initiatives.

• Drive incident resolution, perform root cause analysis, and lead continuous improvement efforts.

• Partner with international stakeholders, IT teams, and external collaborators to implement high-impact solutions.

• Ensure application compliance, reliability, and alignment with Vantive’s digital transformation strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent (at least three years of higher education) in computer science, information systems, supply chain, engineering, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in an IT role supporting supply chain planning systems or enterprise applications.

• Ideally, a minimum of two years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, preferably in supply or demand planning.

• A solid understanding of supply chain processes, data models, and integrations.

• Proficient in configuring Kinaxis RapidResponse, including planning workbooks, worksheets, alerts, scenarios, scheduled tasks, scorecards, automation chains, and dashboards.

• Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions and leading process enhancement initiatives.

• Knowledge of ERP integrations (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, or similar), APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Experience in supporting testing, validation, and change management activities.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment and cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships.

• Kinaxis certifications (Author, Administrator, and/or Integration) are advantageous.

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or other regulated industries is beneficial.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
