Senior IT Recruiter – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle (end-to-end) for designated technical positions

• Work closely with hiring managers and the Delivery Manager to comprehend role specifications and priorities

• Actively source and engage with candidates through LinkedIn and other pertinent channels

• Perform HR screenings and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates

• Present the shortlisted candidates to the Delivery Manager for client submission and further discussions

• Organize interview scheduling and ensure a seamless process between candidates and internal stakeholders

• Guarantee a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

• Maintain a well-organized pipeline and provide regular recruitment updates to the Delivery Manager

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in IT recruitment

• Established track record of delivering candidates promptly for technical positions

• Strong comprehension of IT profiles (e.g., software development, DevOps, QA, Data, etc.)

• Exceptional sourcing and stakeholder management abilities

• Capability to work independently and adhere to tight deadlines

• Proficient level of English
