This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Complete International Recruitment Cycle: You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to successful onboarding, including the identification, interviewing, and selection of top candidates across various roles.
• Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure effective communication and alignment in achieving hiring objectives.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the IT Talent Acquisition team, supervising the full recruitment lifecycle and driving team performance.
• HR Initiatives: Engage in and contribute to broader HR initiatives, leveraging your expertise across various HR domains when necessary.
• Recruitment Experience: A minimum of 5 years in recruitment.
• International Exposure: At least 2 years of experience in international recruitment.
• Domain Expertise (preferred): Experience in closing roles within the ML and NLP domains, with strong skills in direct search, headhunting, and market mapping.
• Language Skills: Russian — native/fluent; English — B2 level or higher.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
• Adaptability: Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Results-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrated ability to meet targets and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Work Ethic: High level of commitment and a proactive, diligent approach.
