This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process for contractor and full-time positions across the Indian markets.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and professional networks.
• Perform resume evaluations and initial candidate screenings to gauge technical skills, experience, and overall suitability.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend role requirements, establish sourcing strategies, and synchronize interview processes.
• Create and implement proactive recruiting strategies to address current and future IT staffing demands, including building talent pipelines for high-demand skill sets.
• Organize and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
• Lead discussions regarding offers, including compensation negotiations, and assist with onboarding for selected candidates.
• Keep accurate and updated candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure timely closure of requisitions while maintaining a strong emphasis on quality of hire.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and consultants to support ongoing hiring needs.
• Engage in regular team meetings to provide updates on pipeline activities, hiring progress, and market insights.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 6+ years of experience in IT staffing/recruitment.
• Experience in offshore contract and full-time hiring.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar job portals.
• Familiarity with iCIMS or comparable ATS is preferred.
• Ability to work across India and US time zones as required.
• Experience in a staffing or consulting environment is preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
• Experience recruiting for ERP technologies (PeopleSoft, Oracle, Cloud), and other IT roles.
• Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• In-depth understanding of recruiting methods, tools, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage time-sensitive priorities and meet strict deadlines.
