📋 Description

• Oversee the complete hiring cycle for international positions, emphasizing critical and challenging external searches, particularly in enterprise software and technical engineering roles.

• Formulate creative sourcing strategies by utilizing global market research and talent intelligence to attract elite candidates.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, operations leads, and senior leadership to ensure hiring requirements align with business objectives.

• Foster a positive and engaging recruitment experience, ensuring clear communication and a streamlined interview process for candidates.

• Promote inclusive hiring strategies to cultivate a diverse workforce, particularly within the contact center sector.

• Continuously enhance hiring workflows, adopt best practices, and utilize recruitment technologies to improve efficiency.

• Employ hiring metrics and recruitment analytics to refine hiring strategies, anticipate talent needs, and drive ongoing improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a proven history in IT and contact center recruitment across global markets.

• Capability to effectively partner with hiring managers, operational leaders, and executives, aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.

• Expertise in passive talent sourcing, market mapping, and competitor analysis to attract top-tier candidates.

• Strong analytical abilities to monitor hiring metrics, optimize recruitment strategies, and enhance time-to-hire efficiency.

• Proven experience in managing specialized hiring across various geographies while promoting Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

• Ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and a positive candidate experience.

• Experience hiring for contact center technologies such as Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Five9, and other cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
