β’ Oversee the complete hiring cycle for international positions, emphasizing critical and challenging external searches, particularly in enterprise software and technical engineering roles.
β’ Formulate creative sourcing strategies by utilizing global market research and talent intelligence to attract elite candidates.
β’ Collaborate closely with hiring managers, operations leads, and senior leadership to ensure hiring requirements align with business objectives.
β’ Foster a positive and engaging recruitment experience, ensuring clear communication and a streamlined interview process for candidates.
β’ Promote inclusive hiring strategies to cultivate a diverse workforce, particularly within the contact center sector.
β’ Continuously enhance hiring workflows, adopt best practices, and utilize recruitment technologies to improve efficiency.
β’ Employ hiring metrics and recruitment analytics to refine hiring strategies, anticipate talent needs, and drive ongoing improvements.
β’ Over 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a proven history in IT and contact center recruitment across global markets.
β’ Capability to effectively partner with hiring managers, operational leaders, and executives, aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.
β’ Expertise in passive talent sourcing, market mapping, and competitor analysis to attract top-tier candidates.
β’ Strong analytical abilities to monitor hiring metrics, optimize recruitment strategies, and enhance time-to-hire efficiency.
β’ Proven experience in managing specialized hiring across various geographies while promoting Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
β’ Ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and a positive candidate experience.
β’ Experience hiring for contact center technologies such as Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Five9, and other cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
