This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the complete hiring process for global positions, emphasizing challenging external searches particularly in enterprise software and technical engineering roles.
• Formulate creative sourcing tactics by utilizing global market insights and talent intelligence to attract elite candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, the operations lead, and senior leadership to ensure hiring requirements align with business goals.
• Foster a positive and engaging recruitment experience, facilitating clear communication and a smooth interview process for candidates.
• Implement inclusive hiring practices to cultivate a diverse workforce, particularly within the contact center sector.
• Consistently enhance hiring workflows, adopt best practices, and utilize recruitment technology to improve efficiency.
• Apply hiring metrics and recruitment analytics to refine hiring strategies, anticipate talent needs, and promote ongoing improvements.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in comprehensive hiring processes, with a proven history in IT and contact center recruitment across international markets.
• Capability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers, operational executives, and senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Expertise in sourcing passive talent, conducting market mapping, and gathering competitor insights to attract top-tier candidates.
• Strong analytical abilities to monitor hiring metrics, enhance recruitment strategies, and improve hiring timelines.
• Experience managing specialized hiring across various regions while promoting Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
• Skill in engaging, influencing, and negotiating with candidates and stakeholders to ensure efficient recruitment processes and a favorable candidate experience.
• Familiarity with hiring for contact center technologies such as Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Five9, and other cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
