Senior IT Project Manager – Enterprise Platforms, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of global enterprise platform implementations and enhancements for Supply Chain operations.

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and system integrators responsible for delivering cloud-based solutions.

• Lead global rollout initiatives, encompassing planning, testing, validation, training, deployment, and hypercare support.

• Ensure adherence to GxP requirements, CSV methodologies, and established quality standards.

• Coordinate efforts among business, IT, Quality, and vendor stakeholders across various regions and functions.

• Oversee project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.

• Facilitate steering committees and provide reports at the executive level.

• Assist in organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated sectors.

• Strong expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV) and the delivery of GxP-regulated systems.

• Experience in supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, or other operational business functions.

• Demonstrated ability to manage vendors in the implementation of cloud-based enterprise platforms.

• Proven experience in leading global platform deployments and rollouts across multiple locations and regions.

• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or similar project management certification is required.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.

• Exceptional communication, governance, and project delivery capabilities.

• Hands-on, results-driven approach with a strong focus on achieving project objectives.
