Senior IT Project Manager – Enterprise Platforms, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of global enterprise platform implementations and enhancements for Supply Chain operations.

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and system integrators that provide cloud-based solutions.

• Lead global rollout initiatives including planning, testing, validation, training, deployment, and hypercare support.

• Ensure adherence to GxP requirements, CSV methodologies, and quality standards.

• Coordinate efforts among business, IT, Quality, and vendor stakeholders across various regions and functions.

• Supervise project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.

• Facilitate steering committees and deliver executive-level reporting.

• Assist in organizational change management and promote user adoption initiatives.

• Engage with enterprise cloud platforms and Supply Chain functions within a regulated pharmaceutical setting.

• Collaborate with business, IT, Quality, external partners, and seasoned consultants on global digital transformation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated sectors.

• Strong expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV).

• Proven experience in delivering GxP-regulated systems.

• Background in supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, or other operational business functions.

• Experience managing vendors in the implementation of cloud-based enterprise platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to lead global platform deployments and rollouts across multiple sites and regions.

• Possession of a PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills across both business and technical teams.

• Strong communication, governance, and project delivery skills.

• A hands-on, execution-focused approach.

• Experience in supporting Supply Chain Manufacturing is essential.

• Familiarity with SAP, planning solutions, SaaS platforms, or supply chain applications is desirable.
