Senior IT Project Manager – Enterprise Platforms, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of global enterprise platform implementations and enhancements for Supply Chain operations.

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and system integrators that provide cloud-based solutions.

• Lead global rollout efforts, including planning, testing, validation, training, deployment, and hypercare support.

• Ensure adherence to GxP requirements, CSV methodologies, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with business, IT, Quality, and vendor stakeholders across various regions and functions.

• Oversee project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.

• Facilitate steering committee meetings and deliver executive-level reports.

• Assist in organizational change management and promote user adoption initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated sectors.

• In-depth knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) and the delivery of GxP-regulated systems.

• Experience in supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, or other operational business areas.

• Proven track record of managing vendors that implement cloud-based enterprise platforms.

• Demonstrated capability in leading global platform deployments and rollouts across diverse sites and regions.

• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or similar project management certification is required.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities with the skill to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

• Exceptional communication, governance, and project delivery skills.

• A hands-on, execution-focused approach that emphasizes achieving project outcomes.
