Senior IT Project Manager – Enterprise Platforms, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of global enterprise platform implementations and enhancements within Supply Chain operations.

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and system integrators to deliver cloud-based solutions.

• Lead global rollout initiatives encompassing planning, testing, validation, training, deployment, and hypercare.

• Ensure adherence to GxP requirements, CSV methodologies, and quality standards.

• Coordinate efforts among business, IT, Quality, and vendor stakeholders across various regions and functions.

• Oversee project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.

• Facilitate steering committees and furnish executive-level reporting.

• Assist with organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated sectors.

• A strong foundation in Computer System Validation (CSV) and the delivery of GxP-regulated systems.

• Experience in supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, or other operational business areas.

• Proven expertise in managing vendors for the implementation of cloud-based enterprise platforms.

• Demonstrated history of leading global platform deployments and rollouts across multiple locations and regions.

• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or a similar project management certification is required.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

• Exceptional communication, governance, and project delivery skills.

• A hands-on, execution-focused approach with a strong emphasis on meeting project objectives.
