Senior IT Project Manager – Enterprise Platforms, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of global enterprise platform implementations and enhancements related to Supply Chain operations.

• Administer third-party vendors and system integrators responsible for delivering cloud-based solutions.

• Propel global rollout initiatives, including planning, testing, validation, training, deployment, and hypercare support.

• Ensure adherence to GxP requirements, CSV methodologies, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with business, IT, Quality, and vendor stakeholders across various regions and functions.

• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.

• Facilitate steering committees and deliver executive-level reporting.

• Assist with organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated sectors.

• Strong expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV) and the delivery of GxP-regulated systems.

• Experience in supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, or other operational business areas.

• Proven track record of managing vendors in the implementation of cloud-based enterprise platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in leading global platform deployments and rollouts across multiple locations and regions.

• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities with proficiency in collaborating effectively across business and technical teams.

• Exceptional communication, governance, and project delivery skills.

• Hands-on, execution-focused approach with a strong emphasis on achieving project outcomes.
