Senior IT Project Manager – Enterprise Platforms, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of global enterprise platform implementations and enhancements for Supply Chain operations.

• Supervise third-party vendors and system integrators delivering cloud-based solutions.

• Propel global rollout initiatives encompassing planning, testing, validation, training, deployment, and hypercare.

• Guarantee adherence to GxP requirements, CSV methodologies, and quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate with business, IT, Quality, and vendor stakeholders across various regions and functions.

• Oversee project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance tasks.

• Lead steering committees and provide reports at the executive level.

• Assist in organizational change management and promote user adoption initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated sectors.

• Solid expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV) and the delivery of GxP-regulated systems.

• Experience in supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, or other operational business functions.

• Proven track record in managing vendors who implement cloud-based enterprise platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in leading global platform deployments and rollouts across various sites and regions.

• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or similar project management certification is required.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with an ability to effectively engage across business and technical teams.

• Exceptional communication, governance, and project delivery skills.

• Hands-on, execution-driven approach with a clear focus on achieving project results.
